Shipping ChargesProducts sold on OnlinePrintingz.com attract shipping charges. Fees are not fixed and vary based on factors such as product weight, dimensions, destination, and courier rates.
- The exact shipping charge for your order is shown on the product page and/or at checkout before you place the order.
📦 Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.
- Most orders are processed and delivered within 8–10 working days from the order date.
- In some cases, delivery may take longer; if so, we’ll notify you via email.
- Personalised/Custom designs: If you’ve chosen to coordinate your template/design with our team via email, the delivery timeline will be calculated from the date of your final email approval, not the initial order date.
- Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- We partner with reputed courier companies to ensure safe and speedy delivery.
- A tracking link/ID will be shared once your order is shipped (where available).
🧾 Invoice & Documentation
All shipments include a tax invoice. If your package arrives without an invoice, please email info@onlineprintingz.com with your order reference number and we’ll resend it promptly.
📦 Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears tampered with or damaged, do not accept delivery and do not sign the POD (Proof of Delivery).
- Refuse the package and email info@onlineprintingz.com with your order reference number and a brief description (photos help).
- We will investigate with the courier and provide the best possible resolution.
